PROJECT OBJECTIVES

  • Increase the quality in the work, activities, and practices of organizations and institutions involved, and open up to new actors not naturally included within one sector in a sustainable way
  • Build a capacity of organizations to work transnationally and across sectors
  • Address the common needs and priorities in the fields of education, training, youth, and sport
  • Enable transformation and change (at individual, organizational, local, national, regional, or sectoral levels), leading to improvements and new approaches in proportion to the context of each organization

EXPECTED RESULTS

  • Develop state-of-the-art assessment models for key competences
  • Pilot developed models in partner countries
  • Assess 100+ individuals and train 10+ assessors
  • Provide sustainable approaches and best practices to the ecosystem
